Eric Hausser currently serves as Beverage Director and Head Bartender for Beatnik on the River and Goodfunk Natural Wine Bar in Downtown Chicago.  A twenty year veteran of hospitality, Eric has curated countless spirit lists and beverage menus across the city encompassing everything from Michelin-starred programs to chic dive bars. No matter the concept, an ethos of ‘intention without pretension’ guides decisions above all else, creating an approachable yet elevated experience for any and all thirsty patrons.
