Steven Minor is the Corporate Beverage Director at Starwood Hotels, where he develops and oversees innovative, commercially successful beverage programs across an international portfolio of luxury hospitality properties.

With 25 years of industry experience, Steven began his career at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne before progressing through beverage and management roles with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and 1 Hotels. His work combines creative beverage development with multi-property operations, staff education, sustainability and a detailed understanding of guest preferences across different markets.

Steven evaluates spirits based on the quality of their ingredients and production, versatility, commercial viability, operational consistency and ability to connect with guests. His experience selecting products and building beverage programs at scale brings an influential global on-premise buying perspective to the Bartender Spirits Awards judging panel.
