Spirits living in a reality beyond time, in the Alchemy of scents and nature, to create alcohols and soft drinks able to tell stories and improve the tasting experience: this is the world of DiBALDO Essenze.
The Essenze’s main trait is the aromatic depth. Like for a fragrance, top, heart and base notes are separate, and unravel in the tasting experience. Because of the strong perfumery background of every Essenza, we call them “perfumes to wear on the palate”. Aromatic persistence is granted intensely in every kind of situation, both in purity and mixology, as the Essenze are blended following the own personal imagination and creativity of Baldo Baldinini. This dynamic amplifies the aromatic landscape of each bottle and opens up to new horizons for the mixology sphere. The Essenze’s aromatic strentgh, also, makes it possible to use less alcohol when mixing, in order to encourage responsible drinking.
