Founded by proud Trinidadian Marc Farrell, Ten To One offers a range of premium & award-winning blended rums from around the Caribbean. Marc’s cultural ties and broad business acumen propelled him to develop a series of blends that set out to challenge expectations within the category, and reinvigorate the way people taste, experience and talk about rum. Since launching in 2019, Marc has unlocked a contemporary view of the Caribbean and its celebratory culture — a novel approach that showcases the versatility of rum by appealing to everyday occasions and food pairings. In fall of 2021, he partnered with GRAMMY Award-winning artist and entrepreneur Ciara, who joined Ten To One as an investor, co-owner and director for the brand. The following year, Ten To One became the first recipient of hybrid incubator and accelerator Pronghorn’s capital investments in Black-owned brands.

The current portfolio blends rums from all over the Caribbean, including Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, the Dominican Republic and Barbados, and currently includes several expressions: an extra-proof white rum -- named Best White Rum by the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition -- and an aged dark rum, an Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish rum exclusively for Flaviar, and a number of sold-out, special-edition bottles, including a Bourbon Cask Finish rum in partnership with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey; a Founder's Reserve blend of 26- and 30-year-old Jamaican + Guyanese rums launched in November 2022, one of the oldest and rarest on the market; and a Black History Month Artist edition of its dark rum in collaboration with celebrated painter, Devin B. Johnson. In February 2024, Ten To One debuted its third core expression, Five Origin Select, a versatile and complex sipping spirit featuring a blend of rums from five Caribbean nations.
