Our small Veteran & Woman owned and operated farm distillery is nestled in the foot hills of Pulteney, New York; the heart of the Finger Lakes. Located just a few miles from Keuka lake, our farm is a distillers paradise offering estate Apples, Cherries, Plums, Peaches, Pears Lavender, Coriander, Mint, Basil, Chamomile as well as other botanicals used in our award winning small batch Gins. With our proximty and relationships wil local wineries we're able to also produce fun small batched of Brandy, Grappa and our favorite...unique award wining wine cask finished bourbons.
