Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery is located in Fort Ann, nestled within the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. We distill hand crafted, high quality spirits using local materials without dyes, artificial flavors, or preservatives.
Located 5 miles from Lake George, in a quiet and relaxed pastoral setting with 200 acres of land. Springbrook Hollow was the main source of water for the townspeople centuries ago and that spring serves as the water source for the distillery today.
