Alexandria Bowler is Lead Bartender at Emeril’s flagship restaurant in New Orleans. Alexandria grew up in Phoenix where she attended the Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Her cooking background lends itself to a culinary edge when developing cocktails while always paying homage to the classics. She has been studying wine and spirits for over a decade and holds certificates from The Court of Master Sommeliers, BarSmarts, and Unites States Bartender’s Guild. Her work has earned recognition from The James Beard Foundation and national publications.
