She consults in spirits, cocktails, drink and dining, including co-creating Avion’s Reserva Cristalino tequila in Mexico for Pernod Ricard over two years. She judges in many dining, food, spirits, cocktails, drink and bars competitions and international awards panels (including The World’s 50 Best, SF World Spirits, ADI Craft Distilling, Tales of the Cocktail, Good Food Awards, IWSC in London, Whiskies of the World, etc.) and has visited over 12,000 restaurants and even more bars around the world.
