Joe Briglio is a bar veteran and beverage director with 20 years experience in the industry. His work has been featured in Imbibe, Punch, Bon Appetit, and Chicago Magazine amongst others. Most recently Joe is now owner and operator of two critically acclaimed bars in Chicago, Nine Bar (Chinatown) and Cara Cara Club (Logan Square).
