With over two decades of experience, Jason has played a direct role in the pre-opening and operations of 19 luxury and lifestyle hotels, bars, music venues, and restaurant concepts across major U.S. cities, including Charlotte, Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco, and Walnut Creek. His extensive background in wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail development, combined with his expertise in cost management, profit and loss analysis, trend forecasting, and supplier relations, underscores his deep understanding of the beverage industry.
