With two decades of hospitality experience, I’ve built my career behind the bar and out on the floor; crafting memorable guest experiences, championing beverage programs, and celebrating the cultures behind what we drink. My expertise is rooted but not limited to Italian food, wine, and spirits, shaped by years of working in acclaimed restaurants and with programs that prioritize both tradition and innovation.

As the 2025 U.S. Champion of the Flor de Caña Sustainability Cocktail Competition, I’m deeply committed to thoughtful, creative, and responsible hospitality. I’ve traveled the world in search of flavors and stories, connecting with people through cocktails that reflect a sense of place and purpose. I’ve had the honor of representing brands as a competitor, presenting cocktails and brand storytelling on national stages. Through these competitions, I’ve developed a confident and engaging public speaking style, connecting with industry professionals, media, and guests alike.
