Originally from Serbia by way of the Northwest Suburbs, Milos traded his plans for a career  in Audio Arts for the high-octane "carousel of faces" found in Chicago’s hospitality scene. What began as a means to an end quickly became a craft; his curiosity for barrel-aged  brews led him to become a Certified Cicerone in 2011, eventually climbing the ranks to  Beverage Director at the Virgin Hotel Chicago. A natural at the professional pivot, Milos co-founded the beverage consultancy **Twisted  Sipsters** in 2019 and later launched **Paper Plane Pizza**, which took flight in  Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall in 2022. After a "waterlogged" stint as the GM of the  legendary Violet Hour - cut short by a catastrophic plumbing disaster - he transitioned his  expertise to the distribution side.  Currently, Milos serves as a Spirits Specialist for **RNDC Illinois** and a regular judge at  **BevTest**. Whether he’s analyzing a rare botanical or scaling a pizza concept, Milos  remains a perpetual student of the industry, happily chasing the next big trend in spirits
