Paradigm Spirits seeks to reimagine Kellogg's roots in cereal production into intriguing spirits for sophisticated imbibers in a boutique distillery.
W.K. Kellogg invented and introduced Canadians to Corn Flakes in 1914 and in 1924 the prolific founder purchased the iconic facility from the Canada Corn Company. The same cereal grains that Kellogg's used to produce Corn Flakes and many other pantry staples are today being transformed into spirits and beer at Paradigm Spirits Co., and at neighbouring Powerhouse Brewing Company.
