St-Rémy is the world’s leading and multi-awarded French brandy, sold in 118 countries worldwide. Created in 1886 by Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II, the St-Rémy distillery is established in the Loire Valley following the phylloxera outbreak which damaged the Cognac vineyards. Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II selected the region where the Muscadet grapes were similar to the Cognac “Folle Blanche" grape variety, and set up a distillery to produce high-quality brandy.
With over 140 years of know-how, its distinctive taste reflects the rich variety of France’s vineyards. Our wines are sourced from prestigious regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne, among others. Made exclusively from French wines, it is distilled, aged, blended, and bottled on French soil. The St-Rémy eaux-de-vie mature in small French Oak barrels of 350 liters and, as time passes, acquire their amber colour, body and roundness, as well as their fruity and floral accents, and light spicy notes.
The result is a consistently fruity and harmonious style found throughout the range, which includes St-Rémy VSOP, XO, and Signature.
