Founded by two high school teachers during Covid, Justin and Lori Discoe built a 1-gallon still and began distilling botanicals with a goal of making an nonalcoholic gin. After a ton of failed concoctions from the kitchen, they created the Circle Back NA cocktails loosely based on the Ramos Gin Fizz. The Lemon Fizz was the first cocktail they made, which is rosemary forward, notes of juniper, herbs and lemon. The Cran Fizz is more of a candy nose, more subtle rosemary, juniper and a dry finish. Both drinks are infused with L-Theanine, an amino acid from green tea that helps promote relaxation. We are made in very small batches, not sold in many stores, but love what we do.
