Rich in history, the Vallet family is proud of its origins and draws on several generations of experience and know-how to sublimate its terroirs by crafting Haute-Couture spirits. Independent and proprietors since 1866, the family is now represented by Laurent and Elodie, the 6th generation, fervent custodians of a singular and unique history. They perpetuate the values and traditions inherited from the past, while placing innovation at the service of quality. Today, the Vallet family produces two Cognac brands, Château Montifaud and Pierre Vallet, as well as Osmoz Gin.
