Founders Rob and Leslie Levy were the owners of the historic Raymond Restaurant in Pasadena, CA. where they built the first craft cocktail bar in the San Gabriel Valley in 2010. Their bar 1886 at The Raymond was named one of the Best New Bars in America by Food & Wine Magazine and was the inspiration for Knox & Dobson, a collection of premium ready to drink cocktails that match the taste and quality of those freshly prepared by a skilled bartender.
All of our cocktails are produced with the same authentic ingredients we served at 1886 including barrel aged whiskies, Maraska Maraschino Liqueur and Angostura Bitters and are always ready to simply Open Pour and Enjoy!!
