Northwest Spirits is founded upon my fascination of mystery, magic and romance. Growing up, I remember sneaking into my dad’s Seattle saloon, the famous Jake O’Shaughnessy’s, and peering in wonderment at the tall mahogany library ladder rolling over the never-ending rows of colorful bottles. Now I have taken over this legacy & tradition of providing phenomenal service & products to our loyal patrons. My contribution to this legacy is the creation of Northwest Spirits, a distillery literally 'born from a bar', with spriits initially created in our restaurants, for our restaurants to provide mixologists with the best possible foundation to elevate their craft.
