My name is Alberto De la Rosa a Bay Area bartender first introduced to the world of craft cocktails and wine while working at various high end hotel bars and craft bars in San José California. I discovered my passion for mixology and quickly started working my way up the industry. I have been part of numerous competition where I have received local recognition. I draw from my Latin roots to showcase my cocktail artistry and have a huge passion for agave spirits.
