I have been in food in beverage for a number of years. From working in corporate as well as mom and pop restaurants. I started my career as a back waiter and worked my way into food and beverage management. I am a Monterey Bay native where hospitality is not just a career but a way of life. I have been in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 8 years and have established connections from working all throughout the South Bay. My background consists of serving at the Rosewood Sand Hill restaurant Madera which holds 1-Michelin Star & is listed as a 5-Star Forbes property.
As well as a Food and Beverage assistant Manager at Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club. I moved into assisting help open the Grand Hyatt SFO. Upon opening the property, I worked under Tony Pereyara’s exquisite bar program which established fine craft cocktails at Twin Crafts Bar on the fourth floor which ran in conjunction with Quail & Crane restaurant on the third floor of the property. I love the experience from the crafting of a fine cocktail to the science and variety of ingredients, it is truly art.
