My name is Victoria Taylor and I have been working in the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry for over a decade now. I started my bartending career at a sports bar I was waiting tables at to support myself while attending North Carolina State University. I was not making a lot of money so I got a job as a server at a newer craft cocktail bar in Raleigh and worked closely with the bar manager to get my bar knowledge up to par so I could eventually work behind the bar there and leave the sports bar life behind me. I achieved that goal and slowly fell in love with the culinary side of the bar. I am currently focused on expanding my education so I can then one day teach others who love the art of cocktails as much as I do.
