I am the beverage director of the Edition hotel, winner of 2020 mixologist of the year, published 3 books and my first book won the best publication internationally, it is about Distillation and distilled spirits, I have around 10 articles written about me in various magazines in Asia pacific, Europe, Middle East and US, I’m a Certified specialist of spirits, wine sommelier, sake sommelier, whisky professional and beer . Prior coming to the US I ran corporate beverage operations of the Marriott International in Greater China including Hong Kong , Macau and Taiwan.
