Independent and proprietors since 1866, the family is now represented by Laurent and Elodie, the 6th generation, fervent custodians of a singular and unique history. Today, the Vallet family produces two Cognac brands, Château Montifaud and Pierre Vallet, as well as Osmoz Gin.
