17/06/2022 The results for the 2022 Bartender Spirits Awards are out and we are delighted to announce that “Distillery of the Year” goes to Rémy Martin XO.

Big Win!! France's Rémy Martin XO earns a double gold, the Distillery of the Year, Brandy/Cognac of the Year, and Brandy/Cognac Producer of the Year awards at Bartender Spirits Awards 2022

Rémy Martin, established in 1724, is based on family relationships and a blend of tradition and innovation. The House of Rémy Martin has drawn its identity from the very heart of the Cognac area, proud of its winegrowing legacy. It's the only major cognac house dedicated to making Cognac Fine Champagne.

The Rémy Martin Domains is a showcase for high-quality, environmentally conscious, and innovative research. They enable larger-scale testing of alternative options and strive to provide solutions to winegrowers who want to enhance their environmental practices.

Rémy Martin XO

The House of Rémy Martin specializes in the production of Cognac Fine Champagne, a "appellation d'origine contrôlée" that denotes a combination of eaux-de-vie from the Cognac region's two core crus: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.

The grapes that grow on those crus are noted for producing wines of great quality and delicacy. The full potential of the Eaux-de-vie is then revealed by distillation on the lees and extensive aging, resulting in the beautiful and opulent aromatic hallmark of Rémy Martin cognacs.

The House of Rémy Martin is built on quality, so they formed the Alliance Fine Champagne to ensure they have access to the appropriate volumes of high-quality grapes every year. They work closely with around one thousand winegrowers in the alliance, advising them on how to fulfill the Rémy Martin standard, ensuring that the skills and craftsmanship gained over three centuries are carried on.

Rémy Martin produces signature spirits of exceptional quality. Some of the spirits from the collection are VSOP, Club, 1738 accord Royal, Tercet, and XO, while their limited edition spirits collection comprises XO Le Broom, XO Atelier Thiery, and Club 35.

The workforce at Rémy Martin is devoted to time-consuming and challenging distillation procedures because they believe it's the only way to create the delicate Eaux-de-vie that will ensure the Rémy Martin hallmark style and have the ability to age in their cellars for years.
