03/03/2021 The latest Bar Star to join the 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards Panel to review spirits brands for the on-premise market.
Nicky Beyries has spent 17 years in the industry, 13 of those behind the bar. She’s the bar director at Foreign Cinema in San Francisco and was named the San Francisco Chronicle’s Bar Star of 2018.
She created and currently directs three distinct bar programs/revenue streams for a prestigious and awarded restaurant group with 150 employees. Her experience encompasses a variety of environments; from Michelin Star tasting menus, formal fine dining, rustic/casual fine dining, high-end nightclub, a neighborhood bar, and high-volume music festivals. She has overseen projects involving both opening new bars as well as remodels/rebranding.
