An Army veteran and Certified Wine Specialist, Courtney is the Director of Operations, Loews Hotels & Co. Bofore that she worked as the Beverage Director for The West Hollywood EDITION, JW Marriott L.A. LIVE & Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles. The combined property has been her work home for over three years. Her role as director includes overseeing all beverage programs in seven various outlets and crafting their offerings property wide. From vendor relations, managing a team of 40+ associates and managers, and crafting creative pop-ups and menus, her role is quite diverse.
