Lucas Robinson is the Corporate Beverage Director for the New York-based company Catch Hospitality Group. He currently oversees all facets the beverage operations in the following locations: Catch NYC, Catch Steak NYC, Lexington Brass, Catch Las Vegas, Catch Steak Aspen, and Catch Los Angeles. Prior to this role, Lucas served as a GM and beverage manager for the same company. Before his move to NYC, he previously worked in nightlife operations in Las Vegas in the Bellagio Hotel and Casino.

Lucas has a strong background in hospitality grounded with his degrees from both the Cornell University Hotel School as well as his degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
