10/12/2023 Julieta Campos, Beverage and Bar Operations Director at The Fifty/50 Group, Joins the 2024 Bartender Spirits Awards Judging Panel

Julieta Campos joined The Fifty/50 Group in early 2012 with an expansive repertoire of skills and knowledge surrounding front-of-house and behind-the-scenes beverage operations. After jumpstarting her career at The Aviary, she spent the next several years honing her skills behind the bar at The Berkshire Room until she took over the beverage program at The Whistler. In 2018, Campos was recognized in NewsFeed’s 40 Under 40 list as a rising star.

She also received a Jean Banchet Award nomination for Best Mixologist that same year. In her role as director of beverage and bar operations, Campos primarily works with the bar teams at The Berkshire Room and Kindling, two of The Fifty/50 Group’s original cocktail-focused concepts.

Bartender Spirits Awards is pleased to announce that she will be part of the judging panel that represents America’s top bartenders, mixologists, and bar managers. The judges will review brands that make a great fit for the on-premise establishments.

Using the tagline “Judged By Bartenders, Bar Managers, and Off-Premise Managers For The On-Premise Industry,” the Bartender Spirits Awards will recognize, encourage, promote, and celebrate excellence in the U.S. drinks industry for the 6th time. The aim of this international spirits competition is to provide independent and honest reviews for brands targeting the U.S. bar trade.

The judging panel consists of some of the most renowned names in the U.S. bar industry, all of them with extensive expertise within the on-premise industry. The result will be a relevant and practical source of reference for bartenders, bar managers, bar owners, and other industry professionals when making purchasing decisions for their establishments.
