Natalie Lichtman is an artist, entrepreneur, and bartender. She came to San Francisco to study philosophy, but ended up falling in love with cocktails, spirits and the beauty behind how we drink them. As bar manager of Traveler, she runs a cocktail program that showcases techniques and ingredients from around the world. Every six months, the concept changes with visually stunning cocktails and food to match. She garnered her spirits knowledge at Elixir and other beloved institutions - Hideout at Dalva, and Tosca Cafe. She has been a judge for USA Spirits Awards for 4 consecutive sessions. Her first bar management role was at Nico, a modern one-michelin-starred French restaurant, where she worked to uphold a high end culinary focused cocktail program. She’s inspired by local flavors, and by the people who make San Francisco unique.
