Ash Miyasaki is known for building exceptional cocktail programs with a focus on craft, seasonality and touches of culinary flair. She has gathered a well-rounded expertise working at all levels of hospitality ranging from dive bars to fine dining. A background in nightlife and event production has also been a part of that journey. She has been fortunate to continue to hone her talents in bartending, bar management and bar consulting for such well-loved establishments as The Factory Kitchen and Bar Henry. Ash is currently Lead Bartender at chef Lincoln Carson's French-inspired Mes Amis at the Thompson Hollywood.
